Education: B.S. Education and Development, Concordia University, St. Paul

Kelly joined RiverFront Group in February of 2024 and has over ten years of customer service experience. Her previous experience includes eight years working with the state’s public assistance programs, assisting a diverse range of clientele to find the benefits they need to support themselves and their families. 

Kelly specializes in onboarding clients, assisting clients in opening new accounts, and navigating all account maintenance such as beneficiary updates, linking bank accounts, and check deposits. Her goal is to make client transactions as easy as possible. She plays an integral role in supporting our ongoing client advisory process, as well as involvement in longer term projects that will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our team. She is the first face you see when you come to our office.

Get to know Kelly:

What is your favorite quote or saying? “Sing as though no one can hear you.” Growing up my mom always sang at the top of her lungs even if someone kindly told her she sounded awful. She always taught us kids that it’s okay to be ourselves no matter what and for her that meant singing even when no one in the house wanted to hear it. Ha!

What is a chore your absolutely hate doing? I am not a big fan of laundry. It seems to be the one chore that always piles up because I move on to a new chore and forget the clothes in the dryer.

What is something few people know about you? I love to bake. Especially in the fall time but I’ll almost never pass up the opportunity to make a homemade cake for a friend or family member’s birthday.
